How to Find Us
Getting to Big Lalaguna from Manila is easy and there are several methods you can use depending on your time and budget.
Cheapest is by public bus to Batangas Pier, from terminals in Cubao or Taft/Buendia. Once at the pier take any banca to Sabang or Puerto Galera (Muelle Pier). From Sabang you can walk around the shore or if you have a lot of luggage, hire a small banca. From Puerto Galera either take a jeepney to Sabang and proceed as above, or hire a small banca directly to our resort.
More convenient though slightly more expensive are the tourist coach services which depart Ermita every morning at 8:00am from the City State Tower Hotel (tel +63 2 5213344) and the Swagman Hotel (tel +63 2 5238541). The price includes bus and ferry ticket thru to Sabang, and a guide to show you the way.
Easiest of all is to let us arrange a private car or van to bring you to Batangas and transfer to private banca to bring you directly to Big Lalaguna from Manila for just P6,200. Just be sure to let us know your preference in advance and where you would like to be picked up.
If you want to bring your own car, Montenegro Shipping Lines operates a twice daily Roll-on Roll-off ferry service during the high season between Batangas and Balatero Pier in Puerto Galera. Present sailing times are 7:00am & 12:00 noon for the trip from Batangas to Puerto Galera and 10:00am and 4:00pm for the return trip. Check their website for details.
